Indonesia and Malaysia Crank Up The Votes

Voting for the first six weeks of the 2017 Asia Golf Awards witnessed very brisk voting activity dominated by Thailand. As the annual poll passes the half-way mark, Indonesia and Malaysia have emerged with a large number of votes being cast for golf clubs from the two countries.

Thailand and host nation Vietnam have maintained a steady stream of votes cast on-line.

The number of valid votes cast now stands at 57,866 (10:00am, May 17) which is quite a jump from the last count of 43,170 (10:00am, May 9).

Last year, Thailand was the top nation in the total number of votes cast amounting to slightly over 15,000 valid votes.

The polls is set for three months, expiring on June 30, 2017, and during this period, thousands of votes are expected to be cast to determine the “Best Amongst The Best” in the Asian golf industry under 41 categories.

Take note that voting will only be valid if votes are cast through the official on-line polling facility. So, get your members, guests and friends to start voting for your club, your course, your staff and your service amongst a number of other key operational areas.
